Seems that if you don’t have your phone, you will be stuck not being able to log in – the only options to authenticate are through the mobile app – either by clicking a button in the app, or by getting a code from the app.
Microsoft’s authenticator can call your office phone, for example, but Salesforce authenticator cannot.
